We use analytics cookies only after obtaining your prior consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect statistical information about the use of the website, such as the number of visits, pages viewed, duration and source of visits, device and browser used, approximate location, and interactions with the website.
The service uses online identifiers, including a random client identifier and a session identifier. This information may constitute personal data and is therefore not described as anonymous. The purpose of the processing is to measure website traffic, understand how the website is used, and improve its content and operation.
The legal basis is the user’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 225 of ZEKom-2.

Only include wordpress_test_cookie and wp-settings-* in the table if technical testing confirms that they are actually used for ordinary visitors or logged-in users. 6. Service provider, recipients and roles
The controller of personal data collected for statistical analysis of the use of this website is University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Health Sciences.
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Provided that data sharing with Google for its own products and services is disabled, Google Ireland Limited processes the data as a contractual processor acting on the controller’s instructions. It may use authorised subprocessors to provide the service.
The categories of recipients are authorised employees and contractors of the Faculty who maintain the website or perform statistical analysis, as well as Google Ireland Limited and its authorised subprocessors to the extent necessary to provide Google Analytics 4. We do not use the data for personalised advertising or user profiling.
7. Transfers to third countries
Google provides the service using global infrastructure and subprocessors. The provision of Google Analytics 4 may therefore involve the processing or transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States of America.
Where data is transferred to a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the transfer is based on that decision. For other transfers, Google uses appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures.

8. Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can select:
- “Decline all”;
- “Settings”;
- “Accept analytics”.
In the settings window, you can enable or disable analytics cookies and save your choice by selecting “Save selection”.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the permanently available “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. After selecting “Decline all”, analytics stops loading, further transmission of statistical information stops, and the _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to dekanat@zf.uni-lj.si or dpo@uni-lj.si.
If an individual believes that their personal data is being processed contrary to applicable law, they may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, SI-1000 Ljubljana, email: gp.ip@ip-rs.si.
