Individuals whose personal data is processed as part of the activities of the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Health Sciences have, subject to the conditions laid down by applicable data protection law, the following rights:

• the right to be informed about the processing of their personal data and to obtain confirmation as to whether their personal data is being processed;
• the right of access to their personal data and information about its processing;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete personal data;
• the right to erasure where the conditions laid down by law are met;
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability where the conditions laid down by law are met;
• the right to object to processing where the conditions laid down by law are met;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Consent to analytics cookies can be withdrawn through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
